I am a pluralistic therapist, so I use different tools to find the best approach that suits you. I am client- led as I believe you have the inner resources to heal and reach your desired outcome. We can look at goals together, and use my tool kit to help you become unstuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking or behaviour.
I offer national online counselling and psychotherapy, which you can access from the comfort of your own home or remote location. This can be delivered via Teams.
